Returns

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@hookprofishing.com.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

• Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once we verify the issue, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective or damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items

As we do not accept returns, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a full refund after verifying the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
